Nigerian floods collapse prison walls, more than 270 inmates escape

Severe flooding in Nigeria has caused a prison wall in Borno state to collapse, allowing more than 270 inmates to escape, with only seven recaptured. Foreign news agencies reported on September 16, 2014 that at least 274 inmates escaped from a prison in Maiduguri, Borno State, northeastern Nigeria, after heavy rains caused a dam to break, causing severe flooding and damaging prison buildings. แทงบอลยูโร
